MEET OUR TEAM LEAD
My real estate career began in 2001 in the small town of Mount Airy, North Carolina, followed by nearly 10 years in Roswell, New Mexico. While there I received numerous awards and was honored with the title of Realtor of the Year in 2009.
Although awards are nice, the more important measure of success to me is satisfied customers. I’m proud to say that 75% of my business comes from repeat customers and personal referrals. I’d like to be able to add you to my list of satisfied customers!
Our team serves buyers and sellers in Aiken, Barnwell and Edgefield counties. We are experienced in new construction, residential resales, land and land subdivision, farms, and equestrian property. You can feel comfortable that we will understand your unique needs whether buying or selling in town or out in the country.

I am a life-long horse person and actively compete in carriage driving events in Aiken and the east coast. I also serve on the Board of the American Driving Society and am a licensed Combined Driving Technical Delegate for the ADS and USEF. I am also an FEI Steward for carriage driving. I live on a 21 acre farm with horses and dogs so can provide fellow equestrians with an abundance of information about horse care in South Carolina.

Our team includes Agents Giovanna Lopez, who is ABR® trained and also specializes in working with Spanish-speaking clients, and Ward Berry, an active-duty military serviceman who brings discipline, dedication, and a strong commitment to service. We are also supported by Administrative Assistants Brandi Blankenship and Jerri Phillips.
