About Jerri Anne Phillips
Jerri Phillips is a Team Assistant and SC licensed referral-only real estate agent. She joined the Aiken Home Source as a licensed South Carolina real estate agent in July 2021. She began her real estate career in 1998 serving foreign national homeowners with vacation home sales and management in the Sarasota, Florida area. She was founder and president of her own full-service property management company, Manatee Tropical Villas, from 2005-2014. Jerri and her husband, John, moved to Windsor, South Carolina in 2020 from Parrish, Florida. She is an equestrian and professional artist.
